This bid page is provided for you to enter your Grand Total Bid, for the single sub-group, 6 - Plant-based (Sorcity #4894), identified above, as described in Sorcity #4888.

Each sub-group listed in the Master Reverse Auction will be bid on a separate web page, such as this one, linked from the Master Reverse Auction page. Do NOT enter per unit, line item, or total category bids on this individual group bid page. 

Before placing a bid below, vendors must work up the Grand Total for this specific sub-group using the AISD Attachment A provided by Sorcity.  All sub-groups for this category are on the same worksheet (also found on the Master Reverse Auction).  Entering your per-unit pricing on the worksheet for each sub-group will automatically calculate the line item totals and Grand Totals.

Bidder must enter per unit pricing for all items in Attachment A for this sub-group, and then enter the Grand Total in the bid box below. To enter a lower bid, simply repeat the above process. 

Once the last reverse auction ends for AISD Frozen & Dry Specialty Foods, in which you are participating, you must send in your electronic Attachment A to RickCope@sorcity.com within one (1) hour.  You will then need to provide this document per the instructions listed in the Frozen & Dry Specialty Foods RFP as part of your bid package, documenting your per unit prices and totals.

By placing a bid in the bid box, below, you confirm that your organization agrees to all terms stated in the Sorcity Member Agreement, associated email communications, and all content, terms, and conditions contained in Sorcity #4888. The Vendor understands that no assumptions are to be made, and that content, or clauses, not contained in this Event do not apply, unless pre-approved by AISD.
